Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Method

We ship from Guangzhou, China via YunExpress dedicated line, with full end-to-end tracking.

Delivery Time

  • United States / United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or peak seasons.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Customs & Taxes

All import duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for over 15 business days, contact us. Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or fully refunded. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
